The appellant, on December 31, 1931, filed a claim with the department of labor and industries on account of injuries sustained December 9, 1931, in the course of extrahazardous employment. The department, on February 15, 1932, rejected the claim on the ground that the claimant failed to prove that an accident had occurred in the course of his employment.
