This case in its essential features is the same as that of E. L. Husting Co. v. Coca Cola Co. 194 Wis. 311, 216 N. W. 833; 205 Wis. 356, 237 N. W. 85, 238 N. W. 626, and is ruled thereby. The Western Company there, as here, was not served with process.
