This is an appeal from a judgment denying an application for an injunction to restrain a tax resale for delinquent paving assessments. The validity

of the resale in so far as it is for delinquent ad valorem taxes is not questioned.

The injunction was sought by the city of Oklahoma City, intervening in an action by certain bondholders against the county treasurer of Oklahoma county.
