Libelant, as the operator of the Spanish motor vessel “Motomar”, brings this suit in admiralty for the freight on respondent’s cargo of linseed, under a bill of lading issued for the transportation of the cargo from Rosario and Buenos Aires to New York in December, 1936. The amount claimed represents the full freight of $36,245.
