The plaintiff in this suit, E. C. Fremeaux and Son, Inc., a corporation engaged in the .hardware and farm supplies business at Rayne, Louisiana, claims to have sold to the defendant, George Leger, on August 1, 1937, a No. 2 McCormick-Deering 7 Ft. power-drive rice binder complete and also :a McCormick all steel truck wagon, for the price and sum of $482.
