Ellis T. Hart and the appellant, R. M. Stricker, being the owners of what is known as the south half of Gum Grove Plantation in Laconia Circle in Desha county, consisting of 502.20 acres, sold and conveyed said land to J. L. Britt, one of the appellees herein, and his brother, Mike Britt, Jr.
