The declarations filed by the respective plaintiffs in these companion cases both charged the defendant, the City of Miami, with the same negligence, in substance that of carelessly maintaining and operating a municipal airport and that as a proximate result thereof the plaintiff Peavey sustained serious and permanent injuries and the airplane owned by the plaintiff Magic City
