Tlie appellee, Bessie Marie Helir, lias succeeded in her snit against the personal representatives and heirs of John Hehr to recover damages for breach of a written contract made for her behalf by the deceased with her mother in which he agreed, in consideration of her mother not instituting bastardy proceedings against him, that he would
