The plaintiff bank filed a suit against the defendant, via ordinaria, to enforce a note secured by special mortgage for the sum of $1,829.37, with eight per cent interest per annum thereon from December 1, 1934, until paid, and an additional amount of ten per cent on the principal and interest for attorneys fees.
