Belvin, a tract of land fronting on Sikes Lake in Section Two (2), Township Twenty-Two (22) North, Range Ten (10) West in Webster Parish, for a period of ten years, dating from September 10, 1938, at the rental price of One Hundred ($100) Dollars per year.
