Defendants Erma B. Kelly and Bimnik Corporation appeal separately from orders denying their respective alternative motions for judgments notwithstanding or a new trial. As to the other defendants, the action was discontinued or dismissed at or before the trial.

January 10, 1937, plaintiff was a guest of the Elgin Hotel on Hennepin avenue in downtown Minneapolis.
