This suit was brought by respondent, as plaintiff, against The City of St. Louis and Charles W. Bowen and Elizabeth Bowen, as defendants, to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from slipping on ice in the street at the intersection of Clayton and Central Avenues in the City of St. Louis.
