The complaint in this case sets out ten causes of action each of which is on a check issued by the Investment Corporation' of Fargo payable to the Gulbro Implement & Hardware Company. Six of the checks were drawn upon the Merchants National Bank

&

Trust Company. Four of them were drawn upon the Dakota National Bank. Both are banking institutions located in the city of Fargo.
