Plaintiff brought this action against Western States Grocery Company, a corporation, Ocean Dock Terminal & Supply Company, a corporation, L. W. Rippey and Dorothy Rippey to recover damages for personal injuries caused, as she alleged, by a fall upon premises in Marshfield negligently constructed and maintained by the defendants.
