This action was brought by Albert Suko against Northwestern Ice & Cold Storage Company, a corporation, and the officers and trustees of E. Henry Wemme Endowment Fund, a charitable corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by him as the result of the bursting of a water tank.
