Opinion by

This is an action of trespass brought by the only surviving parent for the death of her minor son, who assisted in her support. His death resulted from an automobile accident which occurred at the southerly end of a bridge over Campbells Run Eoad, both road and bridge being maintained by the County of Allegheny.
