-This is an appeal from a judgment in an action for declaratory relief rendered in favor of plaintiff and respondent determining that he is entitled to continue to reeeive certain cash benefit payments from defendant and appellant (hereinafter called the association) during the con*329tinuanee of a disability under which he is suffering.
