This suit arose in the District Court of Arecibo and on motion of the defendants was removed to that of Aguadilla. The plaintiff alleged that Emiliano Rodríguez Suazo and his wife executed a mortgage in favor of the defendant spouses to secure a loan for $2,600, the mortgage liability .
