delivered the opinion of the court.

The Heirs of Modesto Munitiz took the present appeal from a judgment whereby the defendants, except the Porto Eico Leaf Tobacco Co., were adjudged to pay jointly and severally (solidariamente) to the plaintiffs-appellees the sum of $5,000 as attorney’s fees.

The other defendants failed to appeal.
