The plaintiff, Joseph S. Aucoin, as the owner of an undivided half interest in a

lot measuring 200 feet by 115 feet, the northern boundary fronting on U. S. Highway No. 90 and the eastern boundary running along a shell road intersecting the highway, instituted this suit against John J. Greenwood, Sr.
