This appeal involves two actions, one, brought by Frank Bobalek, a minor, by Stephen Bobalek, his next friend, against Ralph L. Atlass, defendant, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained while riding in an automobile belonging to Stephen Bobalek, the other plaintiff, and driven by Stephen Bobalek, Jr.
