Fred Sowa and Thadaeus Kuligowski, the executors named in an instrument purporting to be the will of Ernst Knoepfle, deceased, proffered the instrument for probate as his will. The petition named as heirs the persons named in the instrument as beneficiaries. A petition for administration that had been filed by a creditor recited that the decedent left no heirs.
