Hubert Herren instituted this suit against L. R. Hollingsworth for damages resulting from the alleged failure of Hollingsworth to comply with the terms of a written agreement concerning a contract entered into by Hollingsworth and the Texon Drilling Company to drill an oil or gas well on land owned by Hollingsworth.
