Petitioner, Mrs. Ida Rosenbaum, joined pro forma by her husband, F. W. Rosenbaum, brought this suit to rescind a con*327tract theretofore entered into by and between her and the respondents on the ground that same was induced by fraud and also to cancel a note executed by her and her husband.
