On October 2, 1934, J. Whitworth Buck and his wife, Eugenie A. Buck, executed wills prepared for them by David Bandler, the appellant. Whitworth’s will named Eugenie as his sole legatee. Her will contained a similar provision in Whitworth’s favor.
