On August 28, 1942, the workman Juan Marrero Rodriguez suffered an accident while working as a laborer for Fé-lix Benitez Rexach, an insured employer. After receiving the corresponding medical treatment, the injured workman was discharged as cured, without any incapacity whatsoever.
