The defendants, Charles Ind and Raymond Hart, prosecute this appeal from a judgment of $7,500 against them in favor of the plaintiff, Harry Walters, as administrator of the estate of Charles Joseph Howard, deceased, based on the verdict of a jury in a suit under the Wrongful Death Act.
