In this case property of Norma Hurst was, on or about April 26, 1943, sold by Mary H. Beerer, Treasurer of Montgomery County, for nonpayment of 1937 and 1938 taxes. Under the stipulation of facts as filed, Thomas W. Hurst was the owner of improved real estate in Abington Township and title to such property upon his death vested in Norma Hurst, the present exceptant. Robert C.
