This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Cook county. It is the second time the cause has been appealed to this court. The first was dismissed for want of a final appealable order. (Rogers v. Barton, 375 Ill. 611.) The primary question is as to the title to several parcels of real estate situated in the city of Chicago.
