Defendants owned a vacant lot in the city of Detroit upon which plaintiff desired them to erect a one-story building and rent it to him for use in carrying on therein a restaurant, barbecue and dairy bar business. Plans and specifications for the building were procured by defendants and submitted to and approved by plaintiff.
