Arturo Medina was charged in the municipal court with carrying a prohibited arm in violation of Act No. 14, Lav/s of P. R., 1924, Special Session. On appeal to the district court, lie was again convicted and sentenced to thirty days in jail The ease is here on appeal from that judgment.
