This is a petition for review of an order of the Industrial Commission holding that the petitioner was not entitled ■to compensation inasmuch as the accident in question occurred solely because of the recklessness of tbe petitioner .{§4, Act No. 45, Laws of Puerto Rico, 1935).

Tbe petitioner was injured while attempting to board .a bus.
