This is a civil action for trade-mark infringement and unfair competition, jurisdiction of this Court being established and not in issue.

Plaintiff manufactures and sells a number of well-known brands of foods and pharmaceuticals, including, among others, V-8 Vegetable Juices, Stams Multi-Vitamin and Mineral Tablets, and Fleischmann’s B-Vitamin Yeast Tablets.
