This action was instituted in the Court of Common Pleas of Athens county, Ohio, by the director of industrial relations, as trustee, pursuant to an assignment made to him by an alleged employee of the defendants to recover the difference between the amount of wages actually paid to such employee and the amount claimed to be due by virtue of a mandatory order issued by such director.
