This controversy arises out of the attempted revocation of a trust agreement entered into between the plaintiffs, as settlors, and the defendants, as trustees.

*189The trust indenture was executed on the 23d of February, 1932, between Theresa S. Levy, Myron Kahn and Ruth Kahn, as settlors, and Empire Trust Company and Myron Kahn, as trustees.
