The Land Authority of Puerto Rico acquired by exchange a parcel of land from Francisco L. Raffucci. The registrar, citing paragraph 6 of § 9 of the Mortgage Law, refused to register the deed of exchange on the ground that it failed to recite the name and surname of the person from whom Raffucci immediately acquired the property.
