In the early part of 1942, the plaintiff commenced an action for the annulment of his marriage with the defendant. The defendant entered a counterclaim for a separation. On the defendant’s motion she was awarded support pendente lite. In January, 1944, the plaintiff commenced an action for divorce in the State of Pennsylvania.
