The plaintiff1 brings this bill in equity under G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 231 A, inserted by St. 1945, c. 582, seeking a declaration of the rights of the parties with respect to a lease, and to enjoin the defendant2 from interfering with the plaintiff’s quiet use and enjoyment of the leased premises.
