In this action of contract brought in a District Court the trial judge granted the plaintiff’s first request for ruling that upon all the evidence a finding for the plaintiff *320was warranted, and denied its second request that “If the court finds that the defendant has breached his contract the measure of damages is the full balance due under the terms of said contract.
