A petition for a writ of habeas corpus was filed by Nicholas Spiak against T. Wilson Seay, Sheriff of Henrico county, in the Law and Equity Court, Part II, of the City of Richmond. The writ was granted and the court made it returnable to the Circuit Court of Henrico county on January 14, 1946.
