Appellee Cafritz was plaintiff in a civil action. He is engaged in several business enterprises in the District of Columbia, in which enterprises he is sole or majority stockholder in a number of corporations. Prior to and during 1941, he employed the Corporation Audit Company as the accountant and auditor for himself and some of his corporations.
