This is the second time this case is brought up for our consideration. In a previous appeal we reversed a judgment of murder in the second degree, because it was proved that the appellant had been deprived of a fundamental right in failing to take stenographically the charges of the court to the jury. People v. Colón, 63 P.R.R. 371.
