This lawsuit presents another' chapter of the disputatious family affairs of the descendants of Frank Zenger who died in Washington county in 1916 leaving a small farm to his widow and six surviving children. The plaintiff is one of his daughters and the guardian of his namesake, and youngest son, an incompetent person.
