This appeal involves the validity of an instrument entitled “Last Will and Testament of Martha E. Bratcher.” It was signed by the testator in a hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota on March 25, 1944, and is in proper form and valid on its face. Martha E. Bratcher died in the same hospital on May 11, 1944.
