This is a suit under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St. art. 8306 et seq., in which the appellee, Richard V. Link, recovered judgment against appellant, Safety Casualty Company, for total and permanent disability in the District Court of Jefferson County.
