Tbis action is brought to recover the proceeds of a policy of life insurance in New York standard statutory form. Attached to and forming a part of said policy is a provision-headed: Supplementary Provision — Additional Benefit for Death Caused by Certain Bodily Injuries.

It is upon the supplementary provision that this action is based.
