This writ of error brings before us for review a judgment against the' plaintiff in error (defendant below) in favor of Georgiana S. Newcomb, plaintiff, for damages for injuries sustained by her due to a fall from the platform into the driveway of defendant’s bus terminal in Lynch-burg.
