This was an action by the Reinhart and Donovan Company1 against the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company 2 to recover attorneys’ fees and expenses totaling $6,252.56, incurred by the contractor in successfully defending a suit for damages in the District Court of Osage County, Oklahoma. Trial was to the court.
