Individually and as administratrix of her deceased husband’s estate plaintiff sued (1) for an injunction against the officers and directors of a corporation in which decedent was a shareholder to prohibit them from transferring corporate funds to themselves and to a partnership of which decedent was a member; also, (2) for funds theretofore transferred.
