This is a proceeding under -the Declaratory Judgment Act in which is sought a determination as to the amount per’share the holders of the preferred stock of plaintiff-appellant corporation are entitled to receive upon dissolution, liquidation, or winding .up effected in the manner and under the circumstances here involved.
